New Patient Package - 3 months
​Every new client will complete three appointments during their first three while establishing their HRT plan. The new patient package is a one time cost of $795 (or $265/mo for 3 months)

First Appointment
We will evaluate your health status and hormones. You will start a new hormone care plan. Personal recommendations and prescriptions are provided.
(60-90 mins).

Second Appointment
A telephone appointment to check-in to review your progress and answer questions (30 min)

Third Appointment
​During your third month of HRT, we will repeat any needed lab work and meet to review your results. We will adjust your plan as needed (45-60 min)​
Ongoing Management
Once you have established your HRT plan, you are ready to join the Hormone Club! During your consultation we will agree which membership level will be the best match for your health needs and goals. ​
Additional follow-ups are available at an additional cost as needed.
